The Fat Squirrel Outdoor team

Passionate about the restorative effect of the outdoors, Kate took over the ownership of Fat Squirrel in 2021. She is loving her new outdoor life after almost 30 years running digital marketing consultancies for the world's largest technology companies. 

Colin keep the wheels of Fat Squirrel Outdoor rolling both online and in the wood. He gets his hands dirty putting up shelters and making our furniture. You can meet him running events and keep us in line in the wood. 

  Robin has experience cooking for Michelin star kitchens and on private yachts, as well running cookery classes. He leads our campfire cooking and produces our infamous and deliciously yummy Squirrel sauce.   

David is semi-retired after a global career of consultancy. Now he loves being outdoors and you will often meet him hosting axe throwing and running our kid's campfires and Fire and Feast camps. 

Andy joined the Fat Squirrel team to support our Fire and Feast camps in Notgrove and now he is fully fledged member of the team working with young people and adults to make everyone feel relaxed outdoors.

Michael is an excellent host and demon axe thrower. After many years of running a Cub pack has all the outdoor and communication skills required to keep both young people and adults happy at events. 

Jo is a woodland superstar and youth mental health first aider. Highly experienced at working both outdoors and with young people you meet Jo on Fire and Feast camp days and our new campfire and conversation networking events.   

Bev makes all ages feel right at home in the Notgrove woodland. Experienced at working with both young people with SEND and as an event manager she is a great addition to the Fat Squirrel Outdoor team.  

Charlie started as a junior member of the team chopping wood before heading to university. When he isn't studying in Bristol or out and about filming, you still will find him in the Fat Squirrel Outdoor woods.   

Harry is a gentle giant who together with his owner Dave Skinner provides us with a sustainable source of fire wood. Horse logging is a low impact way to retrieve trees from woodland.
